With a combined 30 years of experience, our team of entrepreneurs have been assisting families to effect generational changes. Using a mentorship approach our team points entrepreneurs in the right direction to grow and increase profit through a proven system.
Our Process
The process that we use to find likeminded entrepreneurs allows for the team to prescreen the people that we mentor but using a stepped interview approach. There are 7 steps to our interview process. Each of the 1st 3 steps introduce a little more of our mentorship program. The next 4 steps are used to determine if both sides feel that this is worth the time and effort it will take to mentor the prospective people. In the end the process allows for both sides to make an informed decision on whether or not our system is for them.
The System
The affiliate that we use has a system that they have used since the late 1950's. Their proven track record and ability to grow through adversity are a great asset to us building our team. Their system allows for us to focus on the people we support and mentor.
